Chemist
The interview process was really informative and engaging. I liked getting to learn more about the job and the team. I felt like I could really show off my skills and experience that are relevant to the position.
- What experience do you have with HPLC?
Production Technician
The interview process was quick and easy. Everyone was really friendly. The hiring manager was super personable and made me feel comfortable being myself. We discussed my past experiences, leadership skills, and what I expect from the job. It was a very transparent and straightforward process, which I really liked!

Quality Assurance
It was an all-day thing with meetings one after another with different managers. About half of them didn't ask questions that were actually related to the job I applied for. It was surprising how little some managers knew about their own departments or areas they were supposed to represent, because they couldn't even answer basic questions. Interviewers were coming in and out and not following the scheduled times, so there were big gaps where nobody was meeting with me.
- In the event of a warehouse excursion, what would be your course of action?
Research Scientist
The interview process was quite straightforward and pleasant. It didn't involve an excessive number of technical questions, making it a very good and simple experience overall. The interview didn't take a very long time, and I didn't have the opportunity to meet the entire team. The interview was conducted off-site.
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
