Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Terex Corporation.
Quality Engineer
Had a few technical questions about quality and quality management, and also about measurement experience. If someone is working in quality, they shouldn't have issues answering. The interview was nice and lasted about 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Can you explain what ISO 9001 is?
- Tell me about your problem-solving method.
Quality Engineer
Had 2 phone interviews and then went to their Seattle office. After that, I never heard back, not even a rejection email. I also emailed them to ask about my application status but got no response. Really bad experience.
- Questions about your education and past work experience from your resume.
Quality Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard. It kicked off with an HR screening, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by an on-site interview, and finally, they made their decision. Everyone I met was super nice and really helped to put me at ease, even though I was a bit nervous.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What motivates your interest in this particular position?
- Could you share an instance where you encountered a significant obstacle and how you managed to get past it?
