First, a recruiter gave me a call. After that, they set up a phone interview. Then, I flew into Seattle and they drove me to Redmond. I stayed overnight in a hotel. The hiring manager and the team lead interviewed me. They asked questions based on my resume, going into detail about the work I'd done. The team lead had a different set of questions for me.
