So I applied online, and then about a week later, I got an email to call someone to set up an interview. The interview was about another week after that. It was a panel with 4 people: 2 supervisors, a case manager who's currently working there, and someone from HR. They asked everyone the same questions and took notes on my answers. Then, about a week after the interview, they contacted my references. A few days after that, I got the job offer.

So, after the initial 'survey' interview, I had a sit-down interview. It was a panel of three people, all from case management departments, and it lasted for about an hour. They asked a series of 10 behavioral questions, and each of those had about 3-4 connected questions. The interviewer read all the questions for a set at once, and they didn't make much eye contact. They didn't really ask about my experiences beyond those initial 10 questions. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with how it all went down. I interviewed today and HR said they'll make a decision within a week.

It was a panel interview. They had a set list of questions for me to answer and a paper questionnaire to fill out. The panel included workers from different departments like Foster Care, CPS, JJ, and Safe Baby. They explained what each job entailed. One of the questions asked me to pick which department I'd prefer, and I had to choose even though I didn't have a preference.
