I had a few interviews with management and did a ride-along with a coworker. The recruiter contacted me first and was really helpful in explaining everything and getting me ready for the interviews. The managers were cool and honest, and they made the company sound great with lots of chances to move up.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen covering circuits, battery systems, motors, internal combustion engines, and hydraulics. It also included questions about customer service, personal communication, and maintaining a temperate demeanor. They also asked about my job expectations and my overall understanding and diagnostic skills.

Behavioral Technical

The interview took 3 steps, the HR didn't explain from the first moment how many steps there would have been. The first step was with the HR, the second step with the Marketing Manager and the third one with the sales and export manager. The interview process wasn't that hard, they didn't require any case study or text to do. It took about 3 months to complete the entire review process, no time references were ever given. Was quite disappointing not having a proper reject message, but just a reply after yet another reminder. Neither received feedback about the review process after asked.
