The interview was very relaxed and conducted in a light manner. The interviewers ask several questions about your previous experiences, seeking to better understand your profile. They also clearly explain the main activities of the role, present the context of the area, and describe the expectations for the function, which greatly helps in aligning what they expect from the candidate.

I recently applied for an internship at Tenaris in Pindamonhangaba. The application is online, and they don't state the number of openings, but I heard it's usually very few. First, I submitted my personal info and resume. Then, I got a link for a logic test on a platform. This test usually involves finding patterns and correlations between geometric shapes. If you pass, you do a recorded interview. Questions pop up on the screen, and you have time to prepare before recording. You need to keep your face visible on camera. One question had to be answered in English. After that, I was invited to an in-person group dynamic at the company. About 66 people showed up, and we were split into smaller groups. We started with a group presentation, then did a hands-on activity where we had to build a vertical maze, testing our teamwork under pressure. Two weeks after the dynamic, I got invited for an individual interview with the area manager. I'm currently waiting to schedule that.

It's an automated interview, they ask you questions and you have a set time to answer. Totally impersonal. Anyway, from what I understand it's the first interview, then you move on to another stage but I don't know how it continues

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you were a leader.
