First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Temple University.
Graphic Design Director
Temple was super fast and always kept me in the loop about my application. The interviews were with my future teammates and were pretty chill.
- Can you describe your design process?
Student Worker
I filled out a pretty simple application and then had a Zoom interview with two team members. That was it, a straightforward process.
- What are your career goals?
Research Assistant
So there were three interviews, first a 20 min screening, then a 1-hour meeting with the team, and finally a 45 min interview with the PI. They also asked for a writing sample and checked my references before the last interview, which was a bit unusual. It was a good process overall, but honestly way too long for a part-time gig with no benefits. Plus, they never even emailed to say I didn't get the job, so I guess I dodged a bullet there.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
- Describe how you handle professional criticism.
- Can you share your experience with data organization and analysis?
