The hiring process was drawn out, taking about a month from when I applied online until I got the offer. It began with an initial screening call from HR to gauge my fit, where they asked about my reasons for applying and my interest in the role. This was followed by an onsite interview with a few managers. I received the offer about a week after the onsite.

I really liked my interview process at Telvent. Everyone from HR to the managers and tech folks were nice and helpful. They kept things moving well over the phone, which can be tough. They asked some solid questions and gave me plenty of time to ask my own. It felt pretty relaxed and conversational. My only minor complaint is that they had a few too many people on the phone call for a phone interview, including some people who seemed pretty junior and maybe not the best fit for interviewing.

This was a local position in my city and the whole process from start to finish took 6 weeks. There was one interview that included a test. The interview had a relaxed feel to it. I didn't get the test answer right, but I still got the job.
