It was a pretty standard interview process as long as you have the project management mindset and really focus on getting projects delivered. There were 3 rounds total, starting with a phone interview and ending with a final chat with some team members. They really seemed to emphasize time management.

I put in my application online through a school connection, and then they reached out to me. The hiring manager started by telling me about the job, and then asked me some general questions about my past work. After that, someone from the team came in to see if I'd fit in with them and if I had the right skills for the team. They then asked me some basic scenario-based questions, and I felt pretty good about getting an offer by the end.

If you work hard, brown nose well, and are willing to work 60-80 hours a week for 40 hours pay, mention it in the interview, you'll probably get the job. Don't expect pay raises or stock options.
