Customer Service Representative
They did a language test, and then there were two or three interviews: a phone screening, an interview with HR, and then the hiring manager. An intelligence test was also given. The whole process took a few days and was in Bucharest before the pandemic. All the discussions were face to face.
- What's your approach to dealing with a challenging customer?

It was a video call, about 30 minutes long. The main goal was to chat about your background, for you to ask any questions you might have, and to go over what the next steps are. You'll be communicating via video or voice, and you need to handle client inquiries in a professional way. Also, you'll be representing the TELUS Digital brand when you interact with customers.

It starts with applying online, where you send in your resume, cover letter, and sometimes other stuff like a portfolio or examples of your work. Then the hiring people look at it all to see if you seem like a good fit. If they think you might be, they'll call you for a first chat.
