Business Systems Analyst
It was a multi-stage process where we started with an initial screening, which sometimes included an aptitude or online test. Then there was an HR screening, followed by one or more technical or domain rounds with the team or manager. They assessed role fit, notice period, current compensation, and did a brief resume walkthrough. For some hires, there was also a short quantitative/reasoning or role-specific online test.

I got an email a day after applying for a 30-minute call with talent acquisition. Then, I was scheduled for a 1-hour call with the manager, which went well. I was told I'd hear about the next and final round soon. But then, 2 days later, I got an email saying the position was canceled for now. This has never happened to me before.

I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Then, the final interview was with the Hiring Manager and a Senior Technical person, lasting about 30-45 mins. After receiving the job offer, there was a final review with HR staff for compensation.
