This internal recruiter was the worst. Contacted me for a position on March 10th, kept asking redundant questions when the questionnaire answers everything. Got me into an interview after 2 MONTHS. The interviewer was the absolute worst. Entered room without greeting or introducing the company. Had a HEAVY indian accent. Asked gotcha questions about javascript and SQL.

I was contacted via email and we set up a 15min HR screening. After that, I got a technical assessment on Codility, which took about 90 minutes and involved some algorithm problems. Since I did well on the assessment, they set up a technical interview where they asked about my past work and some Swift/iOS engineering stuff. The last meeting was a 20min chat with the VP of engineering to see if I was a cultural fit, talk about future projects at Poatek, and what they need in a senior iOS engineer. They then made me a job offer. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks.
