It started with a phone interview where they asked me some basic questions about my experience and qualifications. Then, they had me take a few tests on the specific language I applied to work with, as well as writing an essay. After that, I had to take a personality test, which I guess was to see if I was a good fit for the company culture. Finally, I had another interview where we talked more specifically about the job and what the expectations were.

I applied for a job at Telus and they called me once in October, but I missed it. They called again 10 minutes later, but I didn't answer. About 2-3 days later, they called again and said they didn't need the position anymore. A month later, they called again and interviewed me. At the end, I asked how long it would take to get the results, and they said they couldn't tell me an approximate time, like 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months. Two months have passed since the in-depth interview and I still haven't heard back.

I applied online and had 2 calls with the recruiter. The first recruiter call was good, they explained the process. Then I had a logic and grammar test, which I passed. The third stage was an interview with a team leader. Unfortunately, the team leader seemed inexperienced, wasn't listening, and wasn't paying attention to me. The interview took 45 minutes and felt like a waste of time because I felt from the beginning that she didn't care about what I was saying. At the end, I asked about working hours and training, and she didn't know. She also didn't tell me when I'd get feedback. It was the most unprofessional interview I've ever had. After 2 follow-up emails, the recruiter told me they were looking for someone else. It was a waste of my time.
