Data Analyst
Before even getting basic info like pay rate, the company had me do a test that needed a lot of prep. There were over 100 pages of rules for the exam that I had to follow super carefully. A lot of the rules were unclear and subjective, but I didn't get any feedback if I failed, even when I asked for help. The exam itself was really hard and took hours to study for and complete. The company's communication was worse than normal, and I never actually talked to anyone. The whole thing felt sketchy, like I might have done a ton of work for no pay. I'd tell others to be really careful with their job ads.

Data Analyst
In the recruitment process for the Mapping Analyst position of Search Relevance and Search 2.0, you are sent information: The Guidelines that you must know very well, where each section is located so you can consult it constantly, videos and a flowchart on how to study, test exercises, and pre-tests. The information is disorganized and it's not clear where to start, and they send you many emails in a row without a structure. They are very understanding about the test deadlines, so don't give up if you see you won't make it. They gave me a second deadline and then, as I failed the test, they gave me a second chance and I passed without problems.
- It's not a personal interview, it's a test about the surveys you will handle in your future role as a Mapping Analyst.
Data Analyst
The interview process was really well laid out, even though everything happened super fast. The questions they asked were really focused on my character and the role itself, no pointless questions like 'where do you see yourself in 5 years'. It felt like they were looking for the right people, not just checking boxes.
- Can you walk me through your typical day-to-day responsibilities?
- How do you organize your day and approach your tasks?
- How do you handle meetings with management?
