Copywriter
Was contacted online for an interview. The recruiter's description of the job was very different from how the interview panel presented it. Decided not to move forward with the role.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

So the process started with an initial interview, then there was an essay assessment, and then a final interview. After that, they threw in a CSR exam, and the last step was the JO (Job Offer). Both interviews were pretty straightforward, just make sure to prep a bit beforehand. The questions were generally basic to mid-level difficulty. For the essay assessment, it's a 300-word write-up that you have to complete in 20 minutes, so you may or may not need extra time depending on how you handle it.
- Can you tell me about your most significant writing accomplishment?

The application process included an initial interview, two writing assessments, and a final interview. I didn't make it to the final interview, but the initial interview and writing assessment went okay. You just need to be fully prepared for the questions and the exam.
- What were the primary difficulties you encountered in your prior role?
