So first, you gotta submit your resume and stuff on their website or if you get referred. If they like it, the first thing is like a quick chat with HR or a recruiter. They'll ask about your school, your work history, when you can start, how much you want, and if you're actually interested in the job and the company. If that goes well, then you'll have some technical interviews. These are with the smart people or team leads, and they'll check if you know your stuff, can you figure stuff out, and if you know the tools they use. For coding jobs, they might give you coding problems or tests. After that, you might have a chat with a manager about your past projects, how you talk to people, and how you deal with problems. They might ask you what you'd do in certain situations to see if you're a good decision-maker and team player. The last step is another HR chat, usually about your future plans, if you'd vibe with the team, company rules, and the money stuff. If you ace all that, they'll give you an offer and then you start.
