It took them 2 months to get back to me after I applied. When I applied, the job spec said it was okay to apply even without health experience, but I got rejected because I didn't have health experience. The HR person also misspelled my name, which I thought was an autocorrect issue. During the interview itself, the staff were very polite and asked some good questions about my experience. I'd advise the company to not wait 2 months to respond; it's good that the job spec has been updated since then.
