It was a video call interview where they asked mostly behavioral questions. There were also a few follow-up calls. I heard that for the intern roles (edge undergraduate), they had a part where you had to pitch a product.

Coding Behavioral Case

Did an online assessment, which was a fairly simple psychological test and a bit of coding. Then there were three coding questions. After that, I had an interview that involved a case study about Telstra and some general behavioral questions.

I applied online, which was pretty standard, just needing my CV, Cover Letter, some behaviour/Telstra values questions, ID, and an unofficial transcript. Then there was some psychometric testing, which was maths and verbal. After that, a behavioural quiz with business/work scenarios where I had to say how I'd respond. The next step was an online interview with about 5 behavioural questions, and I could re-record my answers. The final interview involved behavioural questions, stuff about Telstra, and a 5-minute presentation on 'Why Telstra should become a technology company instead of a telecommunications company'. The only feedback I got was to mention the ROI of investing in tech over telco. I also had to bring in a photo representing Telstra and explain it.
