Customer Advisor
The interview was quite relaxed and friendly. The hiring manager and assistant manager were present. They asked a variety of questions for about an hour, mainly to get to know me and for me to get to know them. They also inquired about my hobbies and lifestyle, and my reasons for wanting to join Telstra.
- Imagine I have a pen, now sell it to me.

Consultant
First, there's a basic screening. Then you do an online assessment, which is a gamified behavioral and numerical test, pretty fun actually. After that, you have an online video interview where they ask you about 3-4 questions. If you pass those, you move on to the final interview. This involves a case study you need to solve and then present to two assessors.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced and how you dealt with it.
