Behavioral Presentation

At Telogical Systems, they use a behavioral interview style. Expect questions about how you've handled problems, made decisions, or completed projects. You'll meet with at least 4 employees. Before the in-person part, there's a project. They'll ask about how you did it, how long it took (don't lie!), why you presented it a certain way, what you liked and didn't like about it, and what you learned. Make sure you think through your answers beforehand. Come prepared! They want to see you do well, but this company was founded by smart, hardworking people, and they need to know you'll bring your best. Working here will teach you a lot about yourself and your career.

I applied for the Client Services Assistant role, which is an entry-level position. After about a week, I heard back saying interviews would be scheduled soon. They called a bit later to set up a single interview that was a few weeks away. It was a really thorough interview, covering most of the standard questions you'd expect, plus some more in-depth, challenging ones that made you think. Definitely be ready for it! I found out about their decision within a few days after the interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and right away got an online skills test. I took it and then emailed the sender the next day to ask about my scores. The director of the department called me after I followed up for a casual phone interview to see if I'd be interested in a project similar to the job duties. I said yes and they said they'd email details for a project that would take about 4 hours. The project involved comparing AT&T and Comcast internet in Atlanta and presenting the findings in any format. I made a Power Point presentation over 4.5 hours comparing the two. I submitted it Friday around 4pm and the director called me right away to ask if I could come in the next week for an interview. It was my first group interview with the director, a team leader, and a research analyst. They asked me about my education, experience, and skills, and I got to ask questions at the end. It was professional and thorough. I followed up a week later and they said they were still deciding but would let me know soon. The next morning, the director called and offered me the job.
