IPR
They do a medical exam. They check your ears, looking at one ear and then the other. They do the same for your eyes, first one then the other. They check your blood pressure and glucose, and ask you personal and family-related questions.

Software Engineer
It's a tough technical and behavioral interview process. They want to see how you solve problems and if you fit the culture. You'll face coding challenges, need to analyze algorithms, and talk about system design. Being a good communicator and adaptable is key. Make sure you prepare well, practice, and show your excitement for the role.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Supervisor Commercial
It was a very long process, it took me 10 months. I had a first in-person exam (the fill-in-the-bubble type, very outdated for a tech company), then an HR interview, then an evaluation circle where a panel of 6 managers from different areas interviewed me. Three months later, they notified me that I had been selected. I signed a post-dated contract and it took another month to finally start working. The work environment is very cold, there's a marked generational gap (very old and very young people). The young unionized employees are very enthusiastic and bring good ideas, but they are held back by the union to take it easy. Area managers lack sensitivity and human sense to improve the work environment.
- A business case is presented, and the candidate's responses and proposals are evaluated.
- Which of the union retirees would recommend you?
- What is your leadership style like?
Proposal Bid Assurance Executive
The first interview was general and knowledge-based with the direct boss. Then, there was a very basic personal data interview with HR. Finally, I had an interview with the deputy director of the area who asked me about my professional experience.
- What methodologies have you applied in your experience as a consultant?
- What standards and regulations are you familiar with?
- Can you describe how you have applied ITIL in projects?
