So the interview process has two stages, first an HR call where they just wanna know about me, my background, why I want the job, and if I fit the company culture. It's pretty standard stuff, covering my experience and goals. If that goes well, the next step is a technical interview. This is where they really dig into my past work, asking me to explain projects, my technical choices, how I solved problems, and what challenges I faced.

The interview was online via Zoom, with the link sent about 20 minutes before it started. It was pretty short, only about 20 minutes long.
