It wasn't a super long process, pretty standard. They asked me about my previous work and how I managed certain scenarios. I spoke with a few different managers, and there were some IQ tests too. All of this took about two months.

I had a panel interview with 3 people. This included the recruiting manager and 2 of my potential peers. It was a good interview, and they asked a bunch of standard questions. They made me feel really comfortable and confident. There weren't any tricky questions. They started off asking me to 'Tell us about yourself,' which is a great chance for a solid 'Elevator Speech' if you're ready for it. Then came the usual questions like why I applied, how I thought I could contribute, my strengths, and weaknesses.

I traveled to Stockholm for the interview on my own expenses, but they didn't even bother to notify me that the position was filled. Even after asking HR, I got no response. I don't get why it's hard to send an email when the selection is done, especially since there were few candidates at the final interview. It's so unprofessional.

I had my interview at Telia Company in Stockholm, Sweden in September 2018. There were two interviews in total. The first one was a Skype interview that lasted about an hour and I think it went well. Both interviews felt pretty similar.
