Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had several long phone calls with situational questions. I really liked this at first, because I think it helps a company gauge a candidate's communication and selling skills, as well as their personality. But, 40+ minutes of these questions with a few different people, and then again in a face-to-face interview felt like too much. It was a turn-off. When they finally hired someone, they never got back to me, and my emails were ignored. The difficulty was average; it wasn't hard, just tedious for no clear reason.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter about a week later. They wanted to interview me and also asked about salary expectations. First, I had a chat with the recruiter, which involved standard interview questions and some behavioral ones. Then, I completed a basic IT skills assessment, which wasn't too tough. The final step was an interview with the department managers, focusing mainly on behavioral questions.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was good. After applying, I had interviews with four people within a week for a role that was above what I initially applied for. They were all really nice and the interviews were more like casual chats than intense questioning, creating a comfortable vibe. But, the HR team went radio silent after the interviews. I never heard back from them. Every time I called, it went to voicemail, and all my emails got an 'out of office' reply. No one ever called or emailed back, which struck me as strange. I would have thought they'd at least send a quick note saying the job was filled or they were still considering candidates.
