Technical Support Specialist
The interview process is a full day of testing. You go through a series of tests one after another. You find out immediately if you pass or fail. If you pass, you move on. If you fail, you have to wait 6 months to apply again.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
- Can you describe a recent challenge you encountered and how you successfully navigated it?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview went well, the questions were easy to understand and I felt I did a good job explaining my experience. It was a chill vibe and the interviewer was nice, so it felt pretty relaxed and good overall. Sadly, they weren't looking to hire students right now and suggested I should come back after I graduate.
- Are you a student right now?
Customer Service Representative
It was a really quick one-day process, all virtual. They offered me the job, and there were medical requirements. I liked how they really engaged with our life situations and made things possible. - What is your greatest strength?
Healthcare Customer Advocate
I applied for the Healthcare Customer Advocate role and was a bit nervous since it was my first time interviewing for such a position. The first step was a straightforward Zoom call, more of a casual chat about me, touching on things not on my resume. The main goal here was to build a connection with the interviewer. Then, I had another Zoom meeting focused on the account. They had me watch a short video and then discuss my thoughts and feelings about it. It's super important to know a lot about healthcare because they hit me with situational questions where I had to respond as if I were talking directly to a customer. I remember about five different scenarios I had to answer, all while keeping healthcare in mind. It was pretty draining! The interview's difficulty can really depend on the specific account, but that was my experience.
- Can you share something about yourself not present on your resume?
- Tell me about the account you're interviewing for.
- After watching this short film, could you share your reaction or feelings about it?
