Technical Other

The interview process was quite thorough, involving some cognitive and attention to detail tests administered via software. The people I met during the interview were very personable. They were timely and responsive. I'd definitely recommend applying if this is something you're interested in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Started with a quick recruiter call. Then, I had a 90-minute panel interview over Zoom with several managing partners and directors, most of whom were neurologists. The initial interviews were great – everyone was kind, responsive, and transparent. I got an offer, which was fantastic. However, the contract terms seemed unfair after I reviewed them, and an attorney I consulted agreed. The company wouldn't negotiate, so I had to decline. I'd advise other candidates to get legal advice too.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview with the main marketing person, and she was very nice. The second interview was via zoom and it was relaxed and I thought everything went smoothly. They asked me to take an assessment and then said they would have a decision by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything back. Then I saw they reposted the position I interviewed for on Glassdoor. They emailed me Monday with no offer.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had to reply to an email where I needed to fill out some info from a Word doc, which felt pretty old-school. After that, there was a video call and then an in-person interview. The video call was with a financial analyst and a data analyst. They were good people.
