First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Telenor.
Group Manager
The interview process is quite straightforward. You'll receive a call informing you about the office location and assigning you an interview time. Upon arrival, the office has strict security where you need to present your CNIC and get a visitor's pass. Subsequently, someone will escort you to the office for the final interview.
- Can you share your experience with hiring?
Assistant Manager
It was a really smooth interview process. They were quick to respond and didn't keep me waiting. The team was good at getting back to me on time. The interviewers were really thorough and asked some great, insightful questions that were directly related to my experience and the job.
- How would you approach making changes in your current role?
Management Trainee
A few weeks after applying, I got an invitation for an online assessment. It had four parts: verbal, numerical, and two logical reasoning tests. About a week later, I was invited to do a pre-recorded video interview. It had seven questions, with only 15 seconds to prepare for each question before recording. This was quite stressful because you have to think really fast and there's no room for error. The next step is skype interviews, but I'm still waiting to hear if I'll be invited to that part.
- What digital product or app would you create if you could?
- What aspects of our industry particularly interest you?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this trainee position?
