First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Telenet Marketing.
Marketing Communication Specialist
They use a third party for hiring. I got hired through Express, and had to do an online typing test and a Microsoft Word test. There was also a phone speaking test where I read a script. If that went well, they hired me and sent me to Telenet for training. I think other staffing agencies do this too.

Marketing Communications Specialist
It was a pretty standard interview, not much to report. The lobby area is nice, but the receptionist wasn't very friendly. The office itself is very glamorous. They gave me a tour of the floor and asked if I had telemarketing experience, then they tried to sell me on how easy the job is with their great lists.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?

My experience with Telenet’s interview process was fantastic. Felt valued and my time was well respected. Communication was also excellent. Any question I had was answered immediately. Overall just a pleasant interview process.
- What are your long term goals?
Marketing Communications Specialist
The interview went well and the hiring process was easy. I filled out an application with a staffing agency, and a week later, I got a call from the company to do an interview. Before that, I had assessments to complete.
- What is your proficiency in phone communication?
