First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Telemont.
Telemarketing Operator
The interview process was very good and transparent. I felt calm and confident. I really hope it works out because I want to work at this company to help my financial situation. The interviewers were relaxed and made me feel very comfortable.
- What is your availability?
- Tell me about your past employment.
- Do you have previous experience in this field?
Manager
The interview process was OK. Just two stages. A remote meeting with the recruiter and then a meeting with the Area Director. The process itself was very fast. Both conversations were very relaxed, a chat about my experiences and the area's challenges, which surprised me when I received the rejection. I had the impression that the interview worked as a kind of 'free consultancy'.
- Given a real challenge from the area, how would you develop a project and manage it?
HR Analyst
The process was conducted in a group setting with around 15 people, online. The recruiter mentioned there would be two stages within the same video call: the first for personal introductions and the second for discussing professional experiences. Given it's a strategic role, I found the interview quite superficial but lengthy due to the number of people on the call. Some people presented well, while others were disadvantaged by the limited time they had left.
- Can you briefly describe your personal and professional background across two distinct phases?
Planning Analyst
I had an initial call with HR where they asked general questions about my last job and salary expectations. Then, they scheduled an online interview with the area managers. The online interview was with two managers and an HR professional at the same time. During the interview, one of the managers mentioned that the tasks involved weren't exactly what was described in the job posting. They then added that it might be necessary to work shifts outside the hours mentioned in the job description (Monday to Friday, business hours). It's unfortunate that a company like Telemont behaves this way with candidates, lying blatantly in the job ad. I completely lost trust in the company, which is why I didn't accept the offer. If a company does this to candidates during the hiring process, imagine how they treat employees after hiring.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous role?
