applied through other source. took 2+ months. interviewed at Telekom Srbija (Belgrade (Serbia)) in December 2014. Two weeks later they send me email that I successfully pass to the second phase where I have professional test after that you will be speaking with your superior and they will interviewed

I applied at a job fair and got an email from HR two weeks later. Then I went in for testing, which included IQ and English tests, and a talk with a psychologist, all on the same day. Two weeks after that, they emailed to say I passed to the second phase. This phase had a professional test, followed by a meeting with my future superior. They only interviewed a shortlist of candidates after that.
