Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got a call for what turned out to be a really smooth interview that happened right then and there. I got the job offer a few hours after that. The hiring manager called me personally after I talked to the recruiter, told me more about the job, and I accepted.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Customer Service Representative
The company's hiring process is speedy, with same-day or 24-hour responses. All interactions, including scheduling, are conducted in Pacific time due to their California location.
- Are you open to working weekends?
Management
The interview process took a couple of weeks, but they keep in touch with you. They are looking for experience and people who are dedicated and value teamwork. I really appreciated how much they shared about the company and their vision.
- What team-working experience do you have, including strengths and challenges using the Situation/Action/Result framework?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty laid back. They asked a few questions about scheduling, and I had to take a standard test on memory and state abbreviations. They also asked if I had previous call center experience. I was given a rundown of the company, the types of accounts they handle, and then asked if I was okay with taking those kinds of calls.
- Are you available to work nights and weekends?
- Do you have prior call center experience?
- Would you be comfortable handling these types of calls?
