Basically, the selection process had three steps. First, I was selected by a consultant, who sent my CV to HR. Then, there was a group interview, and finally, an individual interview with the head of the commercial office.

The interaction was very smooth and they managed to pack a lot of info into the time. Since I was contacted by an agency, I had the option to join as a freelancer or a part-time contractor. Overall, the vibe was good, though in two of the interviews with the team, one person didn't seem very engaged, which was a bit strange (maybe just a bad day, it happens). The role is quite challenging with a lot to do, but I'm starting with enthusiasm and a desire to take on and fulfill needs.
