I started with an online test covering logic and personality aspects. Then, I had a video interview where they asked about my background and some standard technical questions. I didn't hear back for three weeks, and when I emailed the recruiter, they let me know I was rejected without giving a specific reason.

It was a tough interview with questions designed to trip me up. After I answered the technical questions, the technical recruiter just nodded without giving any feedback, so the non-technical recruiters present didn't know if my answers were right or wrong. It was pretty awkward, not for me, but for the recruiters themselves... I hope a company like TIM can improve this aspect.
