RF Engineer
I applied online and got an interview. When I arrived, I had to do a personality, psychometric, and intelligence test on the computer. Then, I had an interview with HR about my background, motivation, strengths, weaknesses, skills, and they explained the job details and benefits. After that, since the managers had an opening, I had a group interview with three managers from different departments. During this, I also had to complete a one-page technical test and then another interview covering basic things again, and more about my motivation and experience in the telecommunications industry. They called me in the afternoon to offer me the job and set up an appointment for the rest of the process.
