While the website raves about the company culture, the talent acquisition team doesn't quite portray that image during the hiring process. I've never experienced such a lengthy and drawn-out process before. I always expected a phone call after the final interview, even with bad news. Candidates deserve the transparency, open communication, and honesty that the culture claims to be.
