I had a phone interview, then I interviewed with the supervisor and the director of development. They were both nice and made me feel comfortable, not intimidated at all. The interview was about 30 minutes long.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a phone interview where they asked about me and my past work. Then, I had an in-person meeting with two managers. I heard they were really tough, but they were actually super nice and we just joked around a lot. It felt really laid back. I think if you show you're relaxed, you'll be fine with them. They asked about my past jobs and why I wanted to join Sprint, just basic stuff.
