Two people called and asked the exact same questions. It felt like they didn't trust their own employees, so they had two people do it. Never mind my time. Both were Indian and didn't speak good English. When I finally got turned over to an English-speaking person, she didn't care too much about my needs. Knowing they were selecting someone, she had no sense of urgency to get my name in before another agency. Questions aren't that difficult because they don't understand the role that well. They'd say, 'That's an answer for the leader all the time.'

Recruiters were persistent, contacting me via calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails. My mornings are usually occupied with my child, so I often don't check messages until after they've left for school. Upon checking my phone around 9:30 AM, I'd find several missed messages and receive feedback about needing to be more 'available.' This was quite a lot to handle. After the interview, I never received confirmation about the job offer or even a thank you for my time. The recruiters were quite rude.
