Lead Engineer
The interview will mostly be based on two things: 1. What you have done in the past. 2. What is needed for this current position. There will be at least 2 rounds, then an HR round. Everything will start basic and then go deeper. If you don't know an answer, just say it clearly. No faking it.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What skills do you have that are relevant to this role?
- Can you elaborate on logic design principles?
Product Engineer
So I'm working in a telecom company and they based the whole interview on my work, specifically Gpon technology. There were also questions about data provisioning. Everything went well. They asked if I could do another interview for wifi, and I said yes. A day later, a panel of 2 people interviewed me, again just about my work, like how I did my tasks, load management, tr69, ACS, vlan, and some other technical stuff.
- Tell me about your experience with Gpon.
- Can you explain your understanding of data provisioning?
- What are your thoughts on wifi technology?
System Design Engineer
This was an on campus opportunity. The first round was an online assessment where they check us on LR circuits and aptitude topics like work and time and other topics. Then there was a coding round. Finally, a technical interview where they asked about my projects and Networking questions like the OSI model and various IP addressing.
- Could you explain LR circuits?
- What do you know about work and time problems?
- Can you tell me about your projects?
