Started with an initial HR screening with Denise, who was super friendly and helpful. The next step was an interview with the Director of the department I'd be contracted for. I think the next step might be a client introduction, but I'm waiting to hear back.

I am in shock of how terrible the recruiting process is. Worst experience I have ever had with a recruiter in my career. The screening interview was a JOKE. Recruiter called 5 minutes late, and then started the call thanking me for applying. Then said, "You did apply for this right?" Was completely unprepared. Kept pausing to say "Uhh hold on..." so they could read off a script. Did not look at my resume before the call and asked completely obvious questions that could have been found on my resume. A lack of effort completely on their side. If the recruiting process is this bad, I cannot imagine being employed at an organization like this.

The interview process was really easy, and I got an offer within a week of the first chat. It started with a call with a recruiter who was great and answered all my questions, letting me talk openly about my strong points and areas where I can grow. Then, the final round was with the manager (director) and supervisors. They asked some really good questions but were also very human during the call. I had about 50 minutes of questions for them, and then 10 minutes for my questions. Honestly, it was the smoothest interview I've ever had for a full-time job.

I was a bit nervous at first given the company's online reviews, but the interview experience was surprisingly great! It started with a chat with the Talent/People team who were really welcoming and positive. Then I had a round with the hiring manager, followed by another with a senior team member. Both of those were also really good and pleasant. The recruiter was super helpful and kept me updated throughout. Honestly, I'm happy I decided to apply despite the reviews.
