We started with some getting-to-know-you chat, a bit of small talk and then moved into more professional topics. They asked me about my background in sales and my work history overall. I also asked them some questions about the company's history, like how long they've been in business. They wanted to know if I had experience in Real estate and digital marketing. I talked about my social media background and how I build relationships and develop people and talent.

I first spoke with the Finance Manager, then had a panel interview with people I didn't even work with. It was super awkward. They weren't really interviewing me for the job, more like asking about my religious beliefs.
