So I had two interviews, each about an hour long, and also had to do some design exercises they asked for. It was pretty time-consuming, but I went through with it since I was really interested in the job. The interviews themselves went okay, the people seemed nice, and I didn't notice any big red flags. After I sent in my design work, the recruiter let me know I was one of the finalists and asked a couple more questions about logistics. I answered them, but then... nothing. I never heard back. I even reached out a few days later, but still no response or even an acknowledgment. It's a bummer to get ghosted, especially after putting in so much time and being told I was in the final running. A quick email saying I didn't get the job would have been appreciated. It left a bad impression, and honestly, I probably dodged a bullet.

I was emailed by an in-house recruiter after being recommended by the HR director. I then scheduled an interview with the SEO manager, which took place later that week. We arranged the time for the interview over email. The person I interviewed with was in the next room and I actually talked to them during regular work day activities.

I got a referral from someone who works here. My interview was basically a tour and then a long talk with the hiring manager. I was offered the job on the spot. It was a really good experience; I felt like it was a good fit from the start.

I met with HR and a couple of the company Directors who asked me a bunch of questions. After that, they gave me a tour of the facility and let me see some of the machines and how the holsters are made.
