I had a phone screening with an HR Assistant that basically just verified my online application. Then I was emailed the next day to schedule an interview with the HR team. Two days after that, I got a call with an official job offer.

So the first interview was with a local engineer and the head of the office, basically checking out my skills and experience to see if I could do the job. The second interview was with the local engineer again, plus a principal. This one involved a bit more of the skill/experience vetting, but they also really pushed back on whether I actually wanted the job, given it's mostly small telecom projects and some management stuff. We also did some bargaining over salary, and they gave me an offer right then.

I applied through the company's website and went through four levels of screening/interviews. Three were conducted by phone and the fourth was in-person. After applying, I was contacted by a human resources employee to confirm my interest in the position and to clarify if I would accept a lower salary than desired. My second and third phone interviews were standard. I described my relevant work experience and answered questions about my work history. After being referred for a fourth interview, I met in-person with the vice president (whom I had previously interviewed with by phone) and the owner of the company.

It started with a recruiter call where they asked for college transcripts. Then, I was called in for an interview that lasted about an hour. Even though the position stated 0-2 years of experience, it felt like they were looking for more. After that, there was a test involving Word, Excel, and a general task. The tests were pretty basic, mainly common knowledge if you know Microsoft Office Suite well.
