4 Interviews spread over ~1 month 1. Screening w/ recruiter, 1h 2. Job specific/technical interview w/ managers, few questions about experience, 1h 3. Experience and culture fit interview w/ directors, 1h 4. Final sendoff and questions w/ VP, 30min As another review mentionned, if you've reached the VP, you've basically got the job. Received an offer 2 business days after the final interview. Excellent experience overall. Recruiter was very communicative and accomodating with scheduling. One of the smoothest interview processes I've gone through.

I applied for the Technical Support Specialist job. First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, I had a manager interview at 7am. A few days later, the recruiter called for reference and criminal checks. I gave them all my info. On Friday, the recruiter called with a verbal offer. But on Monday, the recruiter called back saying they couldn't move forward. I asked why and if it was about my references or criminal record. She said those were fine but wouldn't give a reason for not proceeding. She suggested I reapply for other roles and connect on LinkedIn. I'd already quit my old job. Total waste of time, and their hiring process was unclear.

The initial phase of the interview process was quite straightforward. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist made everything really simple. She reached out, and we easily arranged the first interview at a time that worked well for both of us. We had a great chat, and she even did her homework by having the hiring manager look over my application beforehand. The conversation was friendly and professional; I felt a real connection, almost as if we'd worked together before. She was upfront about salary, and while I would have been a good fit culturally and for the role, she decided not to waste anyone's time since the salary wasn't going to meet my expectations. After the interview, she thanked me for my time and said she wanted to keep my resume on file, mentioning she'd look for other openings within the company that might better match my salary requirements. This was genuinely one of the best interview experiences I've had, highlighting the recruiter's dedication not just to finding talent and role synergy but also to ensuring a good match in transferable skills and cultural fit.
