Had two phone calls first, then went in for two onsite interviews where I met with several people, and then finished up with two more phone interviews. They also threw in some unusual questions that made me wonder about the company culture and the job's challenges.

I had multiple interviews with Tecomet, both over the phone and in person. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told I was a perfect fit for the role and that my skills were exactly what they were looking for. However, after several weeks, they still wouldn't tell me what the job entailed, what the pay was, or what shift I'd be working. Every time I asked about these basic details, they ignored me, delayed, or refused to answer. Honestly, even if they offered double the going rate, I wouldn't work for them now. I've lost patience and accepted another job. It feels like Tecomet needs a Magic Eightball to make simple decisions. Goodbye.

Finding parking was a bit difficult, so I had to park outside the gate. I went in through the main entrance to a nice lobby. They showed me around the entire shop, and I got to see the different operations. Then, I chatted with the supervisor for a good while, and that's mostly where the questions came up. He also talked about the company and what they have to offer. The whole thing took about an hour.
