The process started with a recruiter call and then a regular background check. Covid hit and it took a long time, over a year passed. They figured I can’t read and revoked the offer only to call back and offer it in English only. I accepted the offer.

Started with the recruiter, went really well, then to the company PM, also went well, then to the client technical manager, this also went well, and finally to the client final review, which also went really well.

I applied, and after a couple of weeks, I got an interview question. The interview had two stages: first, a chat with a recruiter, and then with a subject matter expert. The whole process was fast and simple, and I received a conditional job offer. After accepting, there was very little communication. The downside is that communication was scarce after the interview and offer. I accepted, and we were waiting for the contract to be awarded. I'd check in about once a week for contract updates. I eventually stopped checking, and they never sent any follow-up emails. It's been over a month now.

I was referred by someone and after submitting my application, I had a phone call with a recruiter about a week later. They then set up an in-person interview. We talked about my background, education, and what interests me about this type of work. I got a tour of the office and chatted with some of the analysts who were working at the time. It was a really nice conversation, and the company seemed to have a strong sense of community. A few days after that, I was asked to complete a mock news report exercise and create some sample work documents. About a month after that, I got an offer.
