Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Technossus.
Senior Consultant
The recruiting process was pretty standard. I was contacted by an in-house recruiter who was able to answer all my questions about the role and the company. Following that, they set up a technical interview, then a culture/fit interview, and finally, I had a closing conversation with the CEO.
- Can you share an example from your experience of how you tackled a real-world problem?
- In what ways could your previous experiences be applied to address potential future challenges?
- Please describe a specific situation where you utilized your problem-solving abilities.
Consultant
The recruiter was very energetic, but the company itself seemed disorganized. They mistakenly sent another candidate's resume during my video call and had another person's name on the contract. Although they present themselves as a consulting firm, they actually operate as a staffing agency. It appears clients don't hold the people working at Technossus in high regard. Additionally, they advertised the role as "fully remote," which isn't accurate.
- How do you manage challenging client interactions?
- What would you do if a client insisted on in-person work consistently, rather than remote?
Lead Consultant
Got contacted on linkedin by a recruiter. Then had a phone call with HR. After that, completed an online technical test. Then went in person for a technical interview with a senior developer, followed by an in person general interview.
