First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TechnoMile.
Sales Development Representative
It was a 3 round interview process. They asked basic sales questions. I met with other sales reps, managers, and I think some leadership. Nothing too crazy, mostly just asking basic questions about what I know about CRM and my previous job history.
- What motivates you in a profession.
- What do you know about CRM?
- Tell me about your previous job history.
Machine Learning Engineer
I interviewed for a remote Machine Learning Engineer role. Although I cleared 4 rounds and received positive signals from the CIO and HR about an offer letter, the company rescinded their decision due to my location in Kolkata, despite my willingness to relocate. They initially said the offer letter would be released within two days, but later HR informed me they could not proceed with my application because of my current location.
- Completed one take away Assessment on Table extraction.
Associate Consultant
The initial step was a straightforward recruiter call where they asked basic questions about my background and experience. The recruiter also gave an overview of the company and the role. I think this was a screening. I'd suggest researching the company and role beforehand to be prepared. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected for the next round. The process has two stages: a virtual interview with the board, focusing on personal and job-related discussions, followed by an in-person use case interview. The compensation is decent/good. Prior experience or confidence in the use-case interview and your skills would be beneficial. The company is small but the recruiter was super nice and it was a good experience. They even responded to my follow-up, which is not always the case with companies.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
Researcher
It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked me questions about my previous work experience and how I would fit into the role. I talked about my experience with big data and why I'd be a good fit for the job. They explained the work involved and then asked me to explain how my past experience would equip me to handle the responsibilities.
- Is handling big data an issue for you?
