Client Success Manager
I did an AI interview first. It was pretty fast, like 10 minutes. The AI asked stuff that made sense and then kind of summarized what I said. That was good because I could tell if I got my point across.
- Tell me about a time you had to juggle multiple deadlines.
Customer Success Manager
This was a really long interview process, taking about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. The actual interviews weren't super tough, just very time-consuming, so be ready for that. First, there was an Excel test that seemed a bit more advanced than needed for the role. Then, I had to do a solo interview where I recorded myself answering questions. This part was okay because I could re-record as many times as I needed to get good answers. After that, I had a virtual interview with the team. It felt like I was answering some of the same questions again, but I did get more information about the role and the team. The longest part was a 'test drive' where they showed me the job and then I had to do it myself, which took about 4 hours. You really need to show your work during this. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and easy to chat with, and they always responded within 5 business days. In the end, I turned down the offer because the role wasn't exactly what I expected and I had some doubts.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- Do you have any questions for us?
Client Success Manager
I had to do a 15 minute A.I. interview. It was pretty good, the A.I. could hold a conversation, though it was a bit weird when it gave feedback like 'thank you for telling me about working collaboratively helping a client relationship: following on, would you be able to give an example of a time you have used collaboration in your work?'. The tool also gave feedback about my interview, like a Spotify Wrapped thing. They said the recruiting team would review it in the next two weeks. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection, which is really disappointing and makes it feel like they don't respect my time.
- Can you share an instance where you worked collaboratively?
