First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Technology Services Group UK.
Client Success Executive
The interview process involved an initial screening phone call, followed by a video interview, an assessment day, and a final interview. Unfortunately, the company cancelled all interviews at the final stage, citing 'restructuring' as the reason, which felt very disrespectful.
- For a career in sales, what are your top three motivators?
Full Stack Developer
I had an initial call with Internal Resources and it went well, so I was invited to the next stage. However, after that, I never heard back. I tried contacting the company many times, but they either promised a callback or ignored me. It was very unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your experience with the Microsoft technology stack?
Consultant
I interviewed with tsg and felt I did really well, answering everything using the STAR method. But the feedback was unclear and didn't explain why I didn't get the offer, making it seem like a subjective decision. The process was simple, but the lack of useful feedback left me confused about what they were looking for. It was a disappointing experience because I was expecting a more professional and informative review.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in joining tsg?
Customer Success Manager
I started with a phone interview with the COO, which included some competency questions and gave me a chance to ask my own questions. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the COO and the Head of Customer Experience. They were both really friendly and approachable. This part involved a scenario task and some questions. I also had a brief meeting with David the CEO, who just wanted to get to know me, both professionally and personally, which was really nice of him.
- Can you share an instance where you had to engage in a challenging discussion with a customer?
