Salesforce Business Analyst
So I had a really disappointing experience with Mattel and TechnoGen for a Salesforce Business Analyst role. I went through a bunch of interviews and a task, and apparently did well with good feedback. They even told me I got the job after the final in-person interview and that salary talks were next with a Senior Director. But then, after talking about salary, they just told me the next day that Mattel wasn't hiring me, no explanation, nothing. It was a bummer because I put in a lot of work, and it made me doubt their hiring process and honesty. It makes me wonder about how transparent and professional they are. This kind of thing can really put off good people and mess up a company's image. I hope Mattel and TechnoGen look at how they hire so they communicate better and respect people's time. Everyone deserves to know what's going on and be treated professionally.
- I would not recommend wasting time with these companies.
Senior Software Engineer
It was a 3 round process and it was easy. The first round was a technical interview with the architect of the project. The second round was the managerial round. These were the 2 rounds and then the HR round was conducted.

Web Portal Maintenance and Design Consultant
I got a message on LinkedIn about the job. They didn't give me much info about the role, so I had to find the job description myself. When I asked questions, like about the job location, salary, or if it was full-time, they didn't really answer, but they still expected me to answer their questions. After I asked about the salary three times, they asked me for my salary expectations. Then they asked if I was okay with the lowest amount I said, and also that there were no benefits. They didn't make it clear from the start that there were no benefits, and I only found out after telling them my salary expectations. I figured benefits would be included, so I factored that into my salary expectations. If they had told me upfront about no benefits, I wouldn't have been interested, or I would have asked for more money.

- Is working on a w2 basis acceptable to you?
Assistant Vice President
The interview process was okay, but not VP level. They asked about people management and previous work experience. Rather than an interview, it felt more like an education on their process. Being a staffing firm, they don't have an update call. Glad I decided not to take the offer, they don't even call to keep you posted about the interview, they just hang up in between.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- How have you handled issues with people in the past?
